Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by 合同会社飛鳥瑠 (Godo Kaisha Asukaru, hereinafter "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
The Company provides software development services including, but not limited to, custom software development, web application development, EC site development, and technical consulting. Specific terms for individual projects are defined in separate contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in an individual contract, intellectual property rights for deliverables shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Company retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during the project.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained through the provision of services. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Warranty
The Company warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms for deliverables are defined in individual contracts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software unless explicitly stated.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Termination does not release either party from obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court.
9. Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
